I actually managed to get two of the things I had to get done this weekend finished today. i listened to my micro lectures and finished the literature report. Woohoo. I was going to do the seminar thingy too, but I need to go to the library and find something. Ew, I have to go to the library on a Sunday =_=;; I even managed to fit in a little afternoon nap [ok, i actually just fell asleep propped up by the wall outside while I was reading about safety in blood transfusion. I didn't wake up for 2 hours ^^;]

Ipod 1.2 came out yesterday XD it's so good, now I can browse my mp3s by album title, artist, genre and song. And it has a calender, a clock and alarm and automatic sleep timer. And it has a game. lol it's bat and ball, but that still counts as a game XD;;;

I love my ipod. I can't live without it anymore. [look at me I'm a walking advertisement]

And because Mary is willing to procrastinate as much as possible right now: Marystats, taken from some chainmail I got ages ago and somehow neglected to delete.

Room decor: White walls with black trim and pink blinds [ew pink]. Carpeted
Room is littered with: Houshin Engi calenders, novels galore, comics galore [I bought the resident evil comic. It's sitting on my bed. What was I thinking?], various CDs, a very dirty lab coat, more bags than I can count, journal articles, lecture notes, etcetera etcetera
If the house was on fire she would run away screaming with: old blanket grannie made me when I was born, donald duck bookmark Sereko gave me, book of life Vachan gave me, Shinhwa CD/VCD collection [XD;]

I HAVEN'T STARTED ANY! Oh the joys of being back at Uni ^^;

My Dad is sending me off to another doctor. GAH. I had 3 dizzy spells today, which is usually a week's worth of dizziness. It was horrible X-x I was standing in micro and suddenly I felt dizzy and everything was white. And it happened again at the library.... and again at the bus stop. It must be stress la. But parents are worried because I've been having them a few times a week for a few months, and happily neglected to tell them about it until a few days ago. ^^; I just attribute it to stress.

manifest starts tomorrow. All you happy melbourne people will be running about with glee, while I'm locked in my room listening to my micro lectures again [I fell asleep this morning and didn't hear anything] and writing essays. I'm so jealous ;_;

lol, she was too busy concentrating on cutting the pineapple just right XD;

I had my blood taken this morning. I keep getting dizzy spells and when they happen I can't see X_x So we're running a blood test: LFT, CBC, TFT, TH4, blah. What's a bet it comes back and nothing is wrong XD;; It kind of bothers me that I get faint and have headaches so often now though. The blood was a good color, i doubt I'm anaemic

A scientific recuitment guy also came to talk to us. I didn't know scientists had an employment agency. May use them. They will even send your resume ahead of you if you decide to work in the US and help you get a visa. He told us to check that our referances are alright because "sometimes I call your references and they don't like you. They HATE you" XD;; I have an application to join the Australian Institute of Medical Scientists. Eh.... it will look nice on my resume if I join.

The University of Sydney sent me an application form for postgraduate medicine because i jotted them down as my first uni of preference. Argh, so annoying. how come I have to fill in yet another application form. I hate the sight of paperwork already.

Uni finished unexpectedly early today [11am], so I wandered over to Borders before catching the bus home. They have a table of books that are 3 for the price of one. That table never has anything I want.... or it has one book I want and it doesn't seem worth buying 3 books so I can have one that I'll bother to read ^^; but today they actually had ones that were interesting XD mary got:

• About a Boy by Nick Hornby [I kept involuntarily snorting on the bus X_x it's really quite funny]
  
• The Nanny Diaries by Nicola Kraus and Emma McLaughlin [apparently "funny touching and true to life". Apparently. Well, the chapter I read was amusing ^^;]
  
• Buzzed by Michael Witheford [supposedly "gritty, groovy, funny and frightenly real".]

I have some new albums to listen to as well. Moon HeeJun 2, and Summer Vacation at SmTown.com. HeeJun has done a very good job with his second album, he's redeemed himself in my eyes ;_; I'm so happy. i expected so much from him when H.O.T broke up and he went solo, but I really disliked his first album. The alternative hard rock thing really wasn't my taste. This album is much much better. The ballads are gorgeous and there is still some of the hard rock here, but it's good. it's not the awful "Devil of Angel" stuff he was churning out before.

Summer vacation ["let's get together, oh, summer dance~" ] is quite good. I'm not a fan of MILK, Shinvi or Dana, but their songs are nice on this album. Of course i still prefer the Shinhwa, Kangta, FTTS and HeeJun songs, but I was surprised that I liked the others.

He reminds me a little of Mokoto from Aucifer..... except korean.... and he dances. hey, he dances, i already like him better XD; i really like his hair too [I'm silly, the very first thing I notice when I see someone is.... their hairstyle ^^;;; ]
