I went shopping today. Yay. The pretty colors at Valley Girl seduced me and I bought 4 very girly items of clothing. The weather is so bad now though. When's it going to clear up for me to wear them ;_; They are spring type outfits. I even bought a pink skirt with lace trim. OMG i bought a pink skirt with lace trim and I like it ^^;;;;

I watched BoA's Valenti MV and Shinhwa's Hero MV today. ^_^ This was the first time I've watched a BoA MV, I have ID: Peace B 'cause my brother d/l it, but I never bothered to actually watch it. Ah, I thought BoA was very pretty before, but it seems David was right. She's pretty, but only from the right angles ^^; I liked the flame dancing thing in the middle of the MV, the special effects were nice. I like her hair, I wish I looked nice with long hair.

Shinhwa's Hero MV was also quite good, but I didn't want to see Minwoo smoking. Why is Minwoo smoking? T_T; And why do they synthesize HyeSung's voice at the end of his bridge? Why? Why? HyeSung's voice is very nice, WTF do you have to synthesize it for T_________T *glares*

Uni has hit me with many many assignments this week:

The last two nights at work have been..... interesting. Last night the CO2 incubator ran out of CO2 and I was all alone upstairs X-x So I went downstairs and dragged Paul away from his work to help me change the cylinders (they're HUGE. I can't move those O_o). And when we got there all the cylinders were empty and there were no spares T_T; So we kept trying all the empty ones to see if we could get a tiny bit of pressure. Boo, nothing, I had to take everything out of the incubator and put them in candle jars.

And tonight I got some very ickle samples. I work in microbiology, which is where your medicos send your poos and wees and everything gross. But I don't work in a human lab, I work in a vetinary lab. So some of the samples we get in are very..... X-x We get a lot of guts, organs, screws, fish, etc. Farmers can send poos in in margarine containers and tell us it's sterile ^^; Sometimes they just pick it up in their glove, turn the thing inside out and tie up the end. bleh. Today i had fertility samples for cows. you're supposed to send in swabs for those, but what did I get? I got 12 tampons. TAMPONS X_x They were in little plastic bags, and they were horrible to get out. *horrible*

I don't really want to know how some samples are collected. But we think about it X-x Do they wait for the cow to poo then run over to pick it up? Do they try to pick it as it comes out so it doesn't hit the ground and get contaminated? Do they tie bags under their arses?

And what about bovine and ovine semen samples. It's not like they can take the animal to a little room, give it a cup and a dirty magazine and wait outside. So how do they......... ARGHHHHHHHHh X_x

I'm going to die from smiley shock

So I went and hid in my room [which was for some reason right next to the school gym] and locked myself in. And a skinny little girl came asking for donations and I wouldn't let her in, because all my classmates were behind her chanting Go HOT and flipping. but then she said she was a sad little girl who didn't get food and showed me a World vision card and I felt sorry for her and took her to the museum [if she was HUNGRY why did I take her to the museum X_x;] to see dinosaurs, while classmates kept following us and backflipping all the way.

I had a lot of things to blog today, but most of them were highly uncharitable, and now that I've had time to reflect I don't want to post them ^^; I feel all mean and horrible. it's probably because I'm tired, like I always am during the first week of Uni. plus, now that brother is not going to school, Mum won't send me to Uni anymore, I have to catch the bus before 8am, and therefore have to wake up at 7am to shower blah. ^^; It's such a shock to the system.

I fell asleep during haematology today. No one nudged me awake this time. How come?

Anyway. I updated Novacaine, and gave it a new layout [not the layout I showed you last night Kins, I'm turning that one into something else]. it's blue again =_=;;;; Oops.
